The VŪHL 05 was presented before its official debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2013. The project of the VŪHL 05 has the management in the UK, production in Mexico, experimentation and development in both the U.S. and Europe, while the body will be manufactured in Canada. The total weight of the car is 695 kg, so we are in the segment of the BAC Mono, KTM X-Bow and Ariel Atom. The frame is made of aluminum, while the body is made of reinforced plastic or carbon fiber as option. The engine is the 2-liter Ford turbocharged EcoBoost that delivers 285 hp and 420 Nm of torque, mated to a manual six-speed gearbox. The acceleration 0-100 km/h is in 3.7 seconds, top speed is 245 km/h.
