The Lamborghini Sesto Elemento is born from the mechanics of the Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera. It has a V10 engine that produces 570hp, combined with four-wheel drive and automatic transmission. Thanks to the carbon the Sesto Elemento weighs just 999 kg, you get a weight/power ratio of 1.75 kg/hp which enables performance within the reach of very few hypercar, such as the 0-100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and the top speed over 300 km/h.
The new Lamborghini Sesto Elemento will be produced in just 20 pieces intended only for track use. Deliveries will begin in 2013.
La Lamborghini Sesto Elemento nasce dalla meccanica della Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera. Monta un motore V10 da 570 CV abbinato alla trazione integrale e al cambio semiautomatico. Grazie al carbonio, la Sesto Elemento pesa appena 999 chili, si ottiene un rapporto peso/potenza di 1.75 kg/cv che permette prestazioni alla portata di pochissime hypercar, come lo 0-100 km/h bruciato in 2.5 secondi e la velocità massima superiore a 300 km/h.
La nuova Lamborghini Sesto Elemento sarà prodotta in appena 20 esemplari destinati esclusivamente all’uso in pista. Le consegne inizieranno a partire dal 2013.
