The Grand Cherokee SRT is the most powerful Jeep ever built. It is equipped with a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 naturally aspirated with 468 hp and 624 Nm of torque, combined with all-wheel drive and five-speed automatic transmission with rear sport limited slip differential. Despite the mass of 2360 kg, the SRT accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 257 km/h; the braking is very good: 100-0 km/h in 35 meters. The suspension is electronically controlled: it is lowered than 3 cm compared to the other Grand Cherokee, through the Selec-Track system the driver can choose between five setup of the car, which involve dampers, stability control, transmission, rear differential and engine mapping: Auto, Sport, Track, Tow and Snow. Nonostante la massa di 2.360 kg, la SRT accelera da 0 a 100 km/h in 5 secondi, e raggiunge una velocità massima di 257 km/h; anche la frenata è da vera sportiva: 100-0 km/h in 35 metri. L'assetto è gestito elettronicamente: risulta più basso di 3 cm rispetto alle altre Grand Cherokee, attraverso il sistema Selec-Track il guidatore può scegliere tra cinque setup della vettura, che coinvolgono ammortizzatori, controllo di stabilità, cambio, differenziale posteriore e mappatura del motore: Auto, Sport, Track, Tow e Snow.
