BMW has released pictures and details of the 4 Series Coupé Concept. The BMW 4 Series will be developed on the platform of the 3 Series F30, with which it shares the engines: it will be from 2-liter turbodiesel with 163 hp to the 2-liter twin-turbo petrol with 245 hp, mated to a six-speed manual gearbox or, on request, to the eight-speed automatic transmission. The M4, which will replace the current M3 coupe, will certainly have the 6-cylinder in line engine mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
La BMW ha diffuso le foto e i dettagli della Serie 4 Coupé Concept. La BMW Serie 4 viene sviluppata sulla piattaforma dell'attuale Serie 3 F30, con la quale condivide le motorizzazioni: si andrà dal 2 litri turbodiesel da 163 CV al 2 litri a benzina a doppio turbocompressore da 245 CV, abbinati a un cambio manuale a sei rapporti oppure, a richiesta, alla trasmissione automatica a otto rapporti. La M4, che sostituirà l'attuale M3 coupe, avrà sicuramente il motore 6 cilindri in linea accoppiato a un cambio doppia frizione a 7 rapporti.
