The Volvo has published the pictures of the S60 Polestar, the sedan produced in collaboration with the motorsport team. The chassis has been heavily modified to optimize the performance: the S60 Polestar features adjustable Öhlins shock absorbers, bigger anti-roll bars, new braking system and larger tires with 19-inch wheels. Aesthetically, the Polestar is fitted with new bumpers, spoiler and rear diffuser. The Volvo S60 Polestar is powered by the 6-cylinder 3.0-liter turbocharged of the T6, which thanks to the changes to the intercooler, exhaust and ECU, now delivers 350 hp and 500 Nm. The Polestar accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and it reaches a top speed of 250 km/h. The engine is mated to the all-wheel drive with Haldex coupling and 6-speed automatic gearbox. The production has already started, but now the car is sold only in Australia.
