SRT has unveiled the Viper GT3-R, created for customers who want to compete in GT3 races. The car is developed by SRT Motorsports in collaboration with Riley Technologies. The V10 8.4-liter engine delivers 680 hp and 868 Nm of torque, controlled by a six-speed Xtrac sequential gearbox. The weight was reduced to 1,295 kg and the carbon fiber body is fitted with an aerodynamic kit. The car complies with FIA GT3.
SRT ha svelato la Viper GT3-R, nata per i privati che vogliono competere nelle gare GT3. L'auto è stata sviluppata da SRT Motorsports in collaborazione con Riley Technologies. Il V10 da 8.4 litri eroga 680 cv e 868 Nm di coppia, gestiti da un cambio sequenziale a sei marce Xtrac. Il peso è stato ridotto a 1.295 kg e la carrozzeria in fibra di carbonio è dotata di un kit aerodinamico. La vettura è conforme al regolamento FIA GT3.
