The Umberto Panini Historic Cars Collections is one of the best collections dedicated to Maserati. In a museum located near Modena houses the cars that recall the most important milestones in the history of the Trident, the museum currently has 23 cars on display in rotation. Among the exhibited models, there are the Maserati Tipo 6 CM, built from 1936 to 1939 in 27 examples, the Maserati Tipo A6GCS Berlinetta Pininfarina, the Maserati 3500 GT Carrozzeria Touring, the Maserati Ghibli Ghia designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro, the Maserati Birdcage Tipo 61, the one-off Maserati Simun, the Maserati Bora, the unique Maserati Merak Turbo, the Maserati Khamsin, and a Maserati Chubasco, a prototype built in the early nineties and never went into production. In addition, there were also some examples of Stanguellini, Alfa Romeo and Mercedes-Benz as well as bicycles, motorbikes and tractors.
La Collezione Auto Storiche Umberto Panini è una delle più belle raccolte dedicate alla Maserati. In un museo situato vicino a Modena sono custodite le auto che ricordano le tappe più importanti della storia del Tridente e attualmente il museo comprende 23 automobili esposte a rotazione. Tra i modelli esposti troviamo la Maserati Tipo 6 CM, costruita dal 1936 al 1939 in 27 esemplari; la Maserati Tipo A6GCS Berlinetta Pininfarina; la Maserati 3500 GT Carrozzeria Touring; la Maserati Ghibli Carrozzato Ghia ideata da Giorgetto Giugiaro; la Maserati tipo 61 Birdcage; l'esemplare unico di Maserati Simun; la Maserati Bora; l'esemplare unico di Maserati Merak Turbo; la Maserati Khamsin; un Maserati Chubasco, prototipo costruito nei primi anni novanta e mai entrato in produzione. Inoltre erano presenti anche alcuni esemplari di Stanguellini, Alfa Romeo e Mercedes-Benz oltre a biciclette, moto e trattori.
