Mercedes GL 63 AMG

The Mercedes GL has been modified by AMG. The GL63 AMG version features the AMG twin-turbo V8 engine of 5.5 liter 557 hp and 760 Nm of torque. Performance: acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9s and a top speed of 250 km/h (electronically limited). The 8-cylinder engine is combined to the 4MATIC permanent all-wheel drive and a 7G-TRONIC PLUS AMG SPEEDSHIFT, with three programs running and the function of "automatic shotgun" in the transition to a lower gear. The debut of GL63 AMG will be at the Paris Salon in 2012 and the commercial launch in November.

Anche la Mercedes GL è stata modificata dalla AMG. La versione GL 63 AMG monta il motore V8 biturbo AMG di 5,5 l da 557 CV di potenza e 760 Nm di coppia massima. Prestazioni: accelerazione da 0 a 100 km/h in 4,9” e velocità massima è di 250 km/h (limitata elettronicamente). L'8 cilindri è abbinato alla trazione integrale permanente 4MATIC e ad un cambio 7G-TRONIC SPEEDSHIFT PLUS AMG, dotato di tre programmi di marcia e della funzione di «doppietta automatica» nel passaggio alla marcia inferiore. Il debutto sarà al salone di Parigi 2012 e il lancio commerciale in novembre.
