I filmed this gathering called Party of the rural culture, it is a meeting of antique tractors. In the first part of the video you can see the start up of the Landini L45, called Testacalda for the start up processing, that consist in heat the head of the engine. Then the parade of tractor during the plowing. During the plowing in the night you can see a lot of flames spitted by straight pipes and you can listen to the characteristic sound of the Landini Testacalda engine. Watch the video below!
Ho filmato questo raduno di trattori d'epoca chiamato Festa della civiltà contadina a Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena. Nella prima parte del video potete vedere l'accensione del Landini L45, uno dei modelli testacalda, chiamati cosi per la modalità di messa in moto che consiste nel scaldare la testa del motore. Poi il video mostra la parata di trattori durante l'aratura. La caratteristica di questi motori di sputare lingue di fuoco dagli scarichi è esaltata dal buio, quindi gustatevi il video per vedere fiammate spaventose e ascoltare il suono del motore testacalda.
