Jaguar C-X75

Jaguar has confirmed the production of the supercar C-X75, which will implement by 2015 a limited edition of 200 copies. It mounts a hybrid engine composed of a 4-cylinder 1.6 liter double charged (volumetric and turbo) and two electric motors. The total power on the C-X75 will exceed the 500 hp, and the maximum speed of the unit up to almost 10,000 rpm. It will be combined with a 7-speed robotic gearbox and four-wheel drive, the chassis and body are made ​​of carbon fiber. The C-X75 series is expected to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds and reach a top speed of at least 320 km/h. The autonomy of the C-X75 in zero emission mode will be about 60 km, with speeds limited to 65 km/h. The price should be between 700 and 900.000 pounds.

BMW X6 M by Lumma (photos)

Lumma CLR X 650 M is the car based on BMW X6 M and modified by Lumma. It comes with a bodykit completely renovated, beginning with the new spoiler, passing through the grid and ending with 23-inch wheels, which give it a very super sporty look. The engine is a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 with 650 hp and 830 Nm, which allows the CLR to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and reach 312 km/h of top speed.

Ferrari F12 Berlinetta (photos + video)

Here are my photos taken in Maranello of the new front-engined V12 coupe, and a movie that portrays it on the Fiorano circuit and on the road. The F12 Berlinetta aerodynamic efficiency has doubled compared to that of the 599. This result was achieved thanks to a series of innovations such as the bonnet designed to divert the flow of air from the top of the car and the "dynamic" side air intakes for the brakes: open only when needed cool. The frame, consisting of 12 different types of alloys, has allowed to decrease the weight of 70 kg compared to 599, for a total of 1525 kg, and increase the torsional rigidity of 20%. The new Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is the road fastest Ferrari than ever, thanks to the 6.3-liter V12 engine with 740 hp at 8,250 rpm and maximum torque of 690 Nm at 6,000 rpm, combined with an F1 double clutch 7-speed gearbox. The F12 Berlinetta is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.1 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in 8.5 seconds, beating a top speed of 340 km/h.

Bentley Mulsanne Diamond Jubilee Edition

Bentley has decided to make 60 copies of the Mulsanne Diamond Jubilee Edition on the occasion of the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. It is distinguished from the others due to some details: tailor made embroidery on the four headrests with gold seams, picnic tables with gold representations depicting the royal English carriage and pillows with the same logo. Under the hood of the Diamond Jubilee Edition, we find the old twin turbo 6.75 liter V8 engine with 512 horsepower at 4,200 rpm and 1,020 Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm, which allows it to reach 100 km/h from rest in 5.3 seconds and touch 296 km/h of top speed. The colors available for this edition are: Beluga / Claret (bicolor), Sapphire Black, Claret and Pale Sapphire / Black Sapphire (color) while the interior will be in the French Burgundy or Marine.

Corvette C6 Z06 427 Limited Edition (photos)

Here are some pictures I took at the Autodromo di Modena of a Corvette Z06 427 Limited Edition. Compared to the standard version is distinguished by specific new chrome rims with red brake calipers. The body is also in special red called "red crystal", a tribute to the historical model, with black graphics on the long hood to form a "V" narrow, and 427 logos distinguish the car. New and specially designed even the rear spoiler. The interiors are complemented by the label on the bottom of the console showing the serial number and signature of Will Cooksey, the Corvette Plant Manager: he retires after 15 years of career. The 427 Limited Edition is powered by the same 7.0 V8 of the Z06 that produces 505 hp and 637 Nm of torque, copled to the 6-speed manual gearbox. It reaches a maximum speed of 320 km/h, it accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 3.8 s and from 0 to 160 km/h in 8.5 s. The Corvette 427 Limited Edition was produced in only 505 copies.

Ferrari 458 Italia Siracusa by Mansory

The tuner Mansory offers a modification of the 458 Italia: the result is called Mansory Siracusa. Thanks to the adoption of components made ​​of carbon fiber, the weight of the 458 Siracusa decreases of 70 kg compared to the 458 Italia. In addition to the special two-tone livery, to catch the eye immediately thinks the original aerodynamic kit: it is aggressive in looks but also functional thanks to the downforce generating and it stabilizes the rear at high speed. Lowering of the car body (-20 mm) and exclusive forged 21" wheels complement the operations for the set of this exclusive supercar. The introduction of a high performance air filter, the optimization of electronics and a new exhaust system are switch the power from 570 to 590 hp and torque from 540 to 560 Nm. This allows the car to reach 330 km/h maximum speed, and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds.

Audi SQ5 TDI

The Audi SQ5 TDI is the first model of the sporting range of the four rings to mount a diesel engine. The design includes elements such as reinforced bumpers, 20" wheels, sport chassis, roof spoiler and four exhaust. The interior of the passenger stands for sports seats in Alcantara and leather and the sports steering wheel with shift paddles. Under the hood of the Audi SQ5 we find a twin turbo V6 3.0 TDI 313 hp and 650 Nm, coupled to 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission, that allows an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds and reach maximum speed of 250 km/h electronically limited.

Aston Martin V12 Zagato

The Aston Martin V12 Zagato, the concept car that last year was ranked in first place at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este, will go into production, though in a limited edition of 101 pieces. The V12 Zagato is based on the V12 Vantage, it features a 6.0 liter V12 engine with 517 hp at 6,500 rpm and a torque of 570 Nm at 5,750 rpm, rear wheel drive and six-speed automatic gearbox. The car can reach a top speed of 305 km/h, covering the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.2 seconds. The price should be around 330,000 pounds including taxes.

Nissan Juke-R

The Nissan Juke-R, presented in January in Dubai, will be produced in limited editions of 20-25 copies at a price of 590,000 dollars. The first three copies will be delivered in late summer. The car is built around the 3.8 V6 biturbo taken by the GT-R and enhanced up to 545 hp. Transmission, gearbox and suspension are those of the GT-R 2012 edition. The original Juke-R, equipped with the 485 hp variant of the six-cylinder, was able to reach 257 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds.
