Mercedes has released pictures and technical details regarding the new 2013 Mercedes GL 63 AMG. The GL 63 AMG features a 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 capable of a power output of 557 hp and a maximum torque of 760 Nm, combined with 4MATIC all-wheel drive and automatic sequential AMG SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7G-TRONIC gearbox. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and it reaches a top speed electronically limited to 250 km/h. The GL 63 AMG is fitted with AMG Ride Control suspension system combined with Active Curve System: you can opt for a sporty or for a softer riding to absorb the roughness of the terrain. Even the steering, the gearbox and the response of the engine can be set in three different modes.

La GL 63 AMG monta sospensioni AMG Ride Control abbinate al sistema Active Curve System: si può optare per un assetto sportivo o per uno più morbido per assorbire le asperità del terreno. Anche lo sterzo, il cambio e la risposta del propulsore si possono settare su tre diverse modalità.
