The Mercedes-Benz will present in March at the Geneva Motor Show the C 63 AMG Edition 507, a limited edition model that will be offered on the German market from June with sedan, station wagon and coupe body. The code identifies the power of the engine: the 6.2-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine now delivers 507 hp and 610 Nm of torque. The engine, mated to the AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT seven-speed, is the same as the SLS AMG. The 507 Edition accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and it reaches 280 km/h electronically limited of top speed. Customers who purchase the limited edition will also entitled to the AMG Driving Academy course. Outside, the Edition 507 can be recognized by the aluminum bonnet of the Black Series version with air intakes, for some decorations on the body and for forged 19-inch alloy wheels in Titanium Grey or Matt Black paint. The interior offers three different finishing options: Porcelain Designo Dinamica leather, Designo Dinamica black leather and Designo black leather. All of these take the Alcantara AMG performance steering wheel and instruments with red pointers. The Edition 507 is equipped standard with sports brake system, and on request you can have limited slip differential, sports suspension, carbon fiber finishes for the interior and the AMG Performance Media for telemetry. La Mercedes-Benz presenterà in marzo al Salone di Ginevra la C 63 AMG Edition 507, modello a tiratura limitata che sarà offerto sul mercato tedesco a partire dal mese di giugno con carrozzeria berlina, Station Wagon e Coupé. La sigla identifica la potenza del propulsore: il V8 aspirato 6.2 litri ora eroga 507 cv e 610 Nm. Il motore, abbinato al cambio AMG Speedshift Mct a sette marce, è lo stesso della SLS AMG. La Edition 507 accelera da 0 a 100 km/h in 4,2 secondi e raggiunge i 280 km/h di velocità massima, limitata elettronicamente. I clienti che acquisteranno la limited edition avranno diritto anche a un corso di guida AMG Driving Academy. Esteticamente, la Edition 507 si riconosce per il cofano in alluminio della versione Black Series con prese d'aria, per alcune decorazioni della carrozzeria e per i cerchi in lega forgiati nelle tinte Titanium Grey o Matt Black da 19 pollici. L'abitacolo propone tre differenti opzioni di finitura: pelle Porcelain Designo Dinamica, pelle nera Designo Dinamica e pelle nera Designo. Tutte adottano il volante AMG Performance in Alcantara e la strumentazione con lancette rosse. La Edition 507 è dotata di un impianto frenante sportivo di serie, mentre a richiesta si può avere il differenziale autobloccante, l'assetto sportivo, le finiture in fibra di carbonio per gli interni e l'AMG Performance Media per la telemetria. Si può anche ritirare il proprio esemplare nella sede dell'AMG, ad Affalterbach.
