Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Iron Man by The R’s Tuning

The latest project of Californian tuner The R's Tuning is a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG dubbed Iron Man. The SLS comes with a red chrome paint, black wheels and brake calipers painted in the colors of the German flag.

Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster Borrasca by Inden Design

Inden Design has created a tuning kit for the Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster, calling it Borrasca. The aesthetic package is inspired by the components of the Black Series version, it includes a carbon front splitter, new fenders, side skirts, slits for air and a carbon fiber rear diffuser. Sport exhaust, lowered suspension and new 21-inch black alloy wheel complete the kit. The 571 hp 6.2-liter V8 engine delivers 635 hp with a new ECU and sports exhaust.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG by Wheels Boutique

Wheels Boutique has presented his latest work based on a black Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, with the help of MEC Design and ADV.1 Wheels. This customization adds a body kit by MEC Design and a new set of ADV15TSSL blacks rims measuring 21 inches at the rear and 20 inch at the front. The engine is still original, but it was fitted with an Akrapovic exhaust, which helps the 6.2-liter V8 to deliver +12 hp and +13 Nm.

Mercedes-Benz SLS63 AMG Roadster by Senner Tuning

Senner Tuning has put his hands on the Mercedes-Benz SLS 63 AMG Roadster. The car now develops 35 hp and 40 Nm more, thanks to the new exhaust and ports air filters: the 6.2-liter V8 engine now delivers 606 hp and 690 Nm of torque. In addition, the SLS is equipped with adjustable KW suspension and Schmidt wheels sized 20-inch in the front and 21-inch in the rear.

Mercedes-Benz SLS 640-2 Carbon Edition by Oakley Design and Refined Marques

Oakley Design and Refined Marques unveiled the new Mercedes-Benz SLS 640-2 Carbon Edition, based on the Mercedes SLS AMG. Thaks to engine modification, the V8 power has been increased to 636 hp and torque to 773 Nm. The body has been equipped with new carbon fiber parts, air intakes and a new exhaust system.

GWA 300 SLC one-off

A customer in Eastern Europe has ordered to the Gullwing Motors, American workshop specialized in replicas of sport classic cars, a one-off that is retro on the outside but modern under the skin. So, the GWA 300 SLC takes shape, based on the mechanical of the SLS AMG Roadster and with aluminum body inspired by the 1955 Mercedes 300 SC. The modern interpretation of the 300 SC has forced some changes: the grille has been redesigned and the position of the rear spoiler is also changed, LED headlights have been added, as a new exhaust system, adjustable suspension and removable hardtop. The wheels are 21-inch at the front and 22-inch at the rear.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG MC700 by MCCHIP-DKR

The German team Mcchip-DKR has created a compressor kit for the Mercedes SLS AMG, which receives the name MC700. The result is available in two power levels: the first includes Capristo exhaust and a mechanically driven compressor. With these changes, the 6.2-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine reaches 680 hp and 770 Nm of torque. The second kit includes sports catalysts and a new software for the control unit: the engine reaches 706 hp and 793 Nm of torque. In addition to the modifications to the engine, the car can be recognized outside thanks to matte gray livery and red stickers.

Mercedes SLS AMG by Vilner

The latest creation of the Bulgarian tuner Vilner is based on the Mercedes SLS AMG. The tuning concerns especially the interior, the only change outside is noticed in the front headlights. The interior of the SLS has been embellished with fine leather and Alcantara. Alcantara also covers the sports steering wheel with flat bottom and the tapestries of the boot lid, where there is also the AMG logo sewn by hand. Furthermore, between the seats, a storage pocket has been obtained.

Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series

Inspired by the Mercedes SLS AMG GT3, Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series is the high-performance version of the Mercedes SLS AMG. The 6.2-liter V8 has been upgraded to deliver 631 hp (60 more than the stock) and 635 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to the AMG Speedshift DCT dual-clutch seven-speed. The Black Series accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds, touching a maximum speed of 315 km/h. The new SLS AMG Black Series has many carbon details which allowed to lower the weight to 1,550 kg (70 kg less than the standard SLS) and, thanks to changes to the engine, the Black Series has a weight/power ratio of 2.45 kg/hp. The Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series stands for changes to the trim and the chassis: Performance AMG Ride Control suspensions are more rigid and allow adjustment at different stages. The Balck Series comes standard with carbon-ceramic brakes, sporty tires, lightweight alloy wheels and rear locking differential.

Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 45th Anniversary

Mercedes-Benz has unveiled at Sao Paulo Motor Show a special limited edition: the SLS AMG GT3 45th Anniversary. The 45th Anniversary will be produced in only five numbered copies, with the participation of Bernd Schneider, DTM champion. This SLS is recognized by the matt color Graphite Designo Magno, logos "45 Years of Driving Performance" and AMG light-alloy wheels that recall the color of the car. The racing interior have dashboard and console in carbon fiber finish. The engine is the same as the standard version: the AMG 6.2 liter V8. The price in Germany will be € 446,250.
