Modena Terra di Motori 2013 (photos)

Every year in Modena an event called Modena Terra di Motori (Modena Land of Engines) takes place and it recalls thousands of supercar enthusiasts. The downtown streets are filled with italian supercars built in the Emilia Romagna, the region of Italy where there is Modena. In addition to the private clubs, such as Il Circolo della Biella of Modena or the Ferrari Club Modena, also Maserati, Pagani and Lamborghini bring the latest models to the squares. In the photos you can see the ultra-rare Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster, the new Lamborghini LP700-4 Aventador Roadster next to the Miura, and the new Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale next to the 6C 34. Among the most important Ferraris, you can see the F12 Berlinetta, the 512 BB, the 458 Italia and the F430 Scuderia.

Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster (photos)

I photographed this Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster for the event Modena Terra di Motori 2013. The peculiarity of the Zonda Cinque is that it was produced in only five examples. The Zonda Cinque comes from the Zonda F, but differs in the airscope on the roof and new air intakes for the rear brakes, the steering wheel is made ​​of carbon fiber, as well as the Toora sports seats upholstered with leather. The engine is the same as the others Pagani, the 7.3-liter AMG V12 that delivers 678 hp and 780 Nm. The acceleration 0-100 km/h is in 3.4 seconds, the 0-200 in 9.6 s, the Zonda is able to exceed 350 km/h. The engine is mated to a six-speed sequential gearbox with paddles on the steering wheel.

Pagani Zonda Revolucion: new pictures

The Pagani has released new photos of the Zonda Revolucion, the final version of the Zonda. The AMG Mercedes engine is an evolution of the Zonda R powerplant. The 6.0-liter V12 now develops an output of 800 hp and 730 Nm of torque, resulting in a power to weight ratio of 748 hp per tonne. The 6 speed magnesium transversal and sequential gearbox changes gears in 20ms. The traction control developed by Bosch with 12 different settings and the renewed ABS system, allows the driver to adapt the behavior of the car to his driving style. The central monocoque is carbon-titanium, the needle on the scale stops at 1070kg. The aerodynamics feature important innovations, like new deflectors on the front bonnet, as well as a vertical stabilizer mounted on the rear bonnet. Pagani Zonda Revolucion also features a DRS (Drag-Reduction-System) on the rear wing, the system can be activated by the driver: it is controlled with the DRS button on the steering wheel and it acts on downforce settings. The Brembo braking system adopts new cutting edge F1-tecnology derived CCMR discs. Pagani Zonda Revolucion, like all creatures coming our to the Atelier in San Cesario sul Panaro, is tailor made. Pagani Zonda Revolucion is on sale at a price of 2.2 million Euros plus taxes.

Pagani Zonda F spotted (photos)

In the pictures you can see a Pagani Zonda F exhibited during the event Modena Terra di Motori. The Zonda is equipped with the Mercedes-Benz engine V12 7.3-liter, 48-valve, 650 hp at 6200 rpm and 780 Nm of torque at 4000 rpm. The engine is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox and rear-wheel drive with limited slip differential. With a weight of 1230 kg, distributed 54% to the rear and 46% in the front, the Zonda F accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds, from 0 to 200 km/h in 9.8 seconds and it reaches a top speed of over 345 km/h. The structure consists of a central cell of carbon, an aluminium tubes frame and the carbon fiber body. The aluminum and magnesium alloy forged wheels are 19-inch at the front and 20-inch at the rear. The Zonda features Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, which allow it to slow down from 200 km/h to 0 in 4.4 seconds.

Pagani Zonda 764 Passione

The last Pagani Zonda assume the name of Zonda 764 Passione, it will be realized starting from the frame of the Zonda F. The AMG V12 7.3 liters produces 760 hp, 20 more than the Zonda R and 90 hp more than the Zonda Cinque. The gearbox will be manual. The Passione will be characterized by carbon fiber body with some hints of pink, such as the brake calipers and the logo "Passione".
