2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class by German Special Customs

German Special Custom has released the first images of its tuning based on the new Mercedes E-Class. The bodykit includes new bumpers, side skirts, fenders, spoilers, a new bonnet as well as a selection of new components made ​​of carbon fiber, such as the front grille. The tuning is completed by black alloy wheels with five spokes. Mechanical upgrades will also be available, which will bring the power up to 750 hp.

Ferrari LaFerrari (photos + video)

Here you can find the pictures and the video that I took to the Ferrari LaFerrari and the concept cars as Tensostruttura and Manta. LaFerrari is exposed at the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, during the Ferrari Supercars exhibition. This car is the Enzo successor and it is design by the Centro Stile Ferrari. LaFerrari features a V12 naturally aspirated 6.3-liter engine, mounted in central position, it produces 800 hp at 9250 rpm. It is mated to the HY-KERS system, with additional 163 hp produced by the electric motor. The total power is 963 hp and maximum torque is over 900 Nm. Thanks to the dual-clutch seven-speed F1 gearbox the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds, from 0 to 200 km/h in less than 7 seconds and from 0 to 300 km/h in 15 seconds; top speed is over 350 km/h. The chassis and the body, with a weight of 1255 kg, are entirely made in four different types of carbon fiber and Kevlar; the Brembo braking system has been developed for this specific use, it is integrated with the energy recovery system and has grippers lightened and carbon-ceramic discs. In the pictures and the video you can also see the interior of the car. I remind you that LaFerrari will be produced in only 499 examples.

Lamborghini Egoista

Automobili Lamborghini has unveiled the Egoista, a concept car built to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the house. Designed by Walter de Silva, the car is inspired by an Apache helicopter, it has the shape of a trimaran and it presents active flaps. The Egoista is based on the architecture of the Lamborghini Gallardo, it has a structure made ​​of carbon fiber and it features the 5.2-liter V10 with 600 hp. Inside, the car is equipped with a racing seat with four-point safety belts, a head-up display to control the most important information and removable steering wheel.

Mercedes-Benz CLS by Carlex Design

Polish interior specialists Carlex Design have completed the project based on a alpine white Mercedes CLS. The interior is upholstered in nappa leather in porcelain color and black Alcantara, seats in perforated leather and Alcantara have imprinted a unique pattern. The dashboard and the strip on the doors are covered in white porcelain.

Maserati GranCabrio spotted (photos)

Here you are some pictures I took to a Maserati GranCabrio in Maranello. It has a white body and blue roof. The GranCabrio is based on the GranTurismo, it features a 4.7-liter V8 naturally aspirated engine with 430 hp at 7000 rpm and 490 Nm of torque at 4750 rpm. Accelertion 0-100 km/h is in 5.3 seconds, while top speed is 283 km/h.

Ferrari California by Revozport

Hong Kong based tuner Revozport has presented an aesthetic package for the Ferrari California, after the kit for the F12 a few days ago. The California has been equipped with a carbon fiber front splitter, carbon is used also for side skirts as well as the spoiler and rear diffuser.

Audi S4 by Tag Motorsports

California based tuner Tag Motorsports has presented a tuning package for the new Audi S4. Outside, the S4 has been equipped with 19-inch HRE Wheels and a lowered suspension kit with adjustable springs. Tag Motorsports has added to the 3.0-liter V6 engine 330 hp a new exhaust system made by Awe, a kit pulleys distribution of Awe and a new mapping for the ECU supplied by Giac.

"Ferrari Supercars" and "Ferraris from another world" exhibition: photos

I have been to the Ferrari museum and here you can find some pictures I took. The exhibition “Ferrari Supercar. Technology. Design. Myth” retraces the story of all of the limited edition special series models built by Ferrari, starting with the 250 GTO, including an example of the 1964 version, and continuing with the 1984 GTO, the 288 GTO, the F40, the F50 and the Enzo, all the way up to the new model which has been named the LaFerrari. Aside from these, you can also see the related competition models like the FXX, the 599XX, the 1986 GTO Evoluzione and many others. Moreover, for the first time ever, the Ferrari test mules, transformed and camouflaged vehicles that are used to develop new models and are normally scrapped once they have served their purpose, have been put on display.

Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe by Misha Designs

Misha Design has unveiled a new bodykit for the Mercedes C-Class Coupe. The kit was built by RDB LA, a Los Angeles body shop, and it includes a new front bumper with three large air intakes and LED lights, a new bonnet, flared wheel arches, side skirts, a rear bumper with fiber carbon diffuser and a spoiler. The Mercedes C-Class was also equipped with 19-inch wheels.

Mercedes-Benz A 220 CDI by Brabus

Brabus has unveiled his tuning package for the new Mercedes A-Class, here the A 220 CDI. The turbo diesel engine 4-cylinder 2.1-liter 170 hp and 350 Nm received a PowerXstra D3 mapping of the ECU and a new exhaust system. The power is now 210 hp, while torque is 410 Nm, the top speed increased from 220 to 230 km/h and acceleration 0-100 km/h drops from 8.2 to 7.9 seconds. The Mercedes A220 CDI gets a lowered suspension kit combined with a set of 18 or 19-inch Brabus wheels. The bodykit includes a front grille with Brabus emblem, a spoiler on the bumper, and the rear, a spoiler above the rear window and a bumper with integrated diffuser.
